The staff are also friendly and happy to help you locate a product, or just to chat you up. The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere. Coming to do a supply run from a local summer camp, a coworker and I lounged on the displayed lawn chairs while another coworker searched for the item we needed. A staff member approached, and instead of chastising us, they offered us complimentary water! If I lived nearby, I'd go here all the time.
